Credits and billing

Capibo is prepaid. You add credits to your organization’s balance, and missions draw from it as videos are reviewed:

Video collection	A video is accepted	The task’s price per video, set by clip length
QA processing	Any video is reviewed, accepted or not	$0.15 per submission

Rejected videos cost only the QA fee, so you never pay the task price for footage you can’t use. Credits never expire.

Adding credits

In the platform, go to Billing → Add credits:

Buy credits: pay by card at checkout, or by wire transfer for larger amounts.
Promo code: redeem a code from an event, partner or pilot program.

Turn on auto-recharge to top up automatically when your balance falls below a threshold, so active missions never pause for lack of credits. Auto-recharge needs a card on file. You’ll get a balance.low webhook either way.

Codes are case-insensitive and can be redeemed once per organization. Redeeming one again returns 409 promo_code_redeemed. A code that doesn’t exist returns 404 promo_code_invalid. Redeeming requires a Full access key.

Checking spend

GET /billing/balance returns the current balance and auto-recharge settings.
GET /billing/transactions lists top-ups, promo codes and monthly invoices.
GET /usage returns daily submissions, accepted videos and spend, overall or for one mission.
